The multi-dose KwikPen became available to cash-paying patients through the manufacturer channel in February 2026 at the same $299–$449 range, with self-pay pickup extended to major pharmacies in March.
Retail pickup also removes the cold-chain shipping risk that affects every mail-order route, which is the failure mode behind a large share of patient complaints in this category.
What this changes for what you pay
